Beacom course catalog
This is a custom widget I made to fetch results from the public Banner course viewer. Unlike the regular viewer, this lets you search for and display results from multiple semesters at the same time.
Semester Calendar Generator
This is a little vibe-coded applet I had the robot make for me to make printable calendars for outlining my semesters. In the calendar itself, you can click on the title or an individual box to edit the contents.

Timesheet Direct Link
You can also get to the timesheets by going to experience.usd.edu, clicking on the Employee Dashboard link, and then clicking the “Enter Time” button. For a month without admin leave (official unofficial holidays), you start the timesheet and then immediately hit “Preview” at the bottom right.
Course Evaluations - sdbor.campuslabs.com
This page lets students fill out course evaluations, and lets you view the evaluations / IDEA scores.
Scholarly
This is the new system for entering all your work activities, award, workshops, etc. The old system is Digital Measures, but we’re transitioning away from that starting Fall 2026.

Here’s the Fleet Vehicle Reservation System. This is where you book the vehicle. They also have the vehicle rates. (Currently 40 cents per mile for a sedan.)
